Why getting stock onto Whatnot takes so long
Whatnot's bulk upload is the fastest way to load a show, but the file is strict. Category, subcategory and condition have to match Whatnot's own lists word for word, and the shipping profile has to be one of the UK weight bands. A typo, a 'Used' where it wants 'Pre-owned - Good', or a 'medium parcel' instead of '500 to <750 grams', and the upload fails.
Most UK resellers already have the stock listed somewhere else, usually Vinted. Rewriting forty items into a spreadsheet the night before a stream, then weighing a hoodie to pick a shipping band, is exactly the job that makes people stop streaming.

ResellIQ reads what the item is (a tee, a hoodie, a puffer) and puts it in the right UK weight band, bumping heavy fabrics like denim, wool and down up one. It never guesses brand from weight.

Checked before you download
Every row is validated against Whatnot UK's own template. Anything Whatnot would reject blocks the download with a plain reason; nice-to-haves like a missing colour just get an amber note.

- Can I move my Vinted stock to Whatnot?
- Yes. Import your Vinted wardrobe into ResellIQ, pick the items into a stream, and export a Whatnot UK bulk-upload CSV. Photos go in as image links, and brand, size and condition carry across.
- Does ResellIQ post to Whatnot for me?
- No. ResellIQ builds the bulk-upload CSV and checks it; you upload it in Whatnot yourself. Whatnot's CSV upload is desktop only.
- Does it handle Whatnot UK shipping profiles?
- Yes. Clothing goes into Whatnot UK's weight bands based on what the item is, with heavier fabrics bumped up a band. Footwear currently goes in the 1 to 2 kg band. You can change any row before downloading.
- Can it import my Whatnot sales?
- Not automatically yet. Importing Whatnot sales relies on Gmail sync, which is coming soon. During a show, Live Mode tracks each sale against your target as you go, and the free Whatnot fee calculator shows Whatnot's cut on any sale.
