ResellIQ writes your inventory out as a Whatnot UK bulk-upload CSV: the 21 columns Whatnot expects, values taken from Whatnot UK's own template, up to eight photos per item, and a check on every row before you download.
Why Whatnot CSVs get rejected
Whatnot's bulk upload is strict about values. 'Men's Fashion' is a category; 'Mens' isn't. Clothing wants 'New with Defects' while Sneakers wants 'New With Defects', capital W. Shipping has to be a UK weight band like '250 to <500 grams', not a description. A spreadsheet will happily let you type any of it wrong.
So sellers either upload, watch rows fail, and fix them one at a time, or skip bulk upload and add listings by hand on the night. Both eat the time you should be spending sourcing.
ResellIQ only ever writes values that exist in Whatnot UK's template, and tells you what's wrong before Whatnot does.
What the export does
Whatnot UK's own values, nothing invented
Categories, subcategories, conditions and shipping profiles come from Whatnot UK's quick-add template. Your item's condition is mapped to the condition list for its subcategory, so clothing and sneakers each get the wording Whatnot accepts.
Titles written from the item
Titles are built from brand, item, colour and size. Duplicates get numbered (#1, #2) so every listing is distinct. Want a house style? Type one instruction, like 'size first, brand in caps', and every title is rewritten to match.
Shipping band from what the item is
A tee goes in 250 to <500 grams, a hoodie in 500 to <750 grams, a puffer in 1 to 2 kg. Denim, wool, down and fleece-lined pieces go up a band. You can override any row.
Photos included
Up to eight photos per item go into Whatnot's image columns as links, so listings arrive with pictures rather than as blank tiles.
Checked before you download
Anything Whatnot would reject (a category it doesn't have, a condition that isn't allowed, an empty title, a zero price) blocks the download with a plain reason. Softer issues, like a missing size in the title or a guessed parcel, are amber notes you can ignore.

- What format does Whatnot bulk upload need?
- A CSV with 21 columns: Category, Subcategory, Title, Description, Quantity, Type, Price, Shipping Profile, Offerable, Hazmat, Condition, Cost Per Item, Sku and Image URL 1 to 8. ResellIQ writes exactly those.
- Are listings exported as auctions?
- Yes, rows go out as auctions with a quantity of one, using the start price you set. You can change anything in Whatnot after uploading.
- Does this export my Whatnot sales?
- No. This exports stock as listings to upload to Whatnot. Importing Whatnot sales relies on Gmail sync, which is coming soon.
- Can I try it without an account?
