ResellIQ fills the rest in for you
Here you pick the category, condition and shipping for each group. In ResellIQ you say or scan the item and it works them out. Try the shipping picker below: it's the same rules the app uses.
- Shipping profile
- 500 to <750 grams
- Because: hoodie
- Category
- Men's Fashion / Men's Modern
- From the item and gender
- Title on the rail
- Nike hoodie black XL
- Brand, item, colour, size. Easy to grab mid-stream.
Say your haul, get the CSV
Talk through your stock in voice mode. Every item comes back as a row with a real title like "Nike Vomero grey UK 9", so you can find it on the rail mid-stream.
Shipping picked for you
The profile comes from the item: tees 250 to 500g, hoodies 500 to 750g, jeans and jackets 750g to 1kg, coats 1 to 2kg. Denim, wool and XXL outerwear go up a band.
Category and condition mapped
Men's, women's, trainers and kids land in the right Whatnot category, and "tags on" or "bit worn" becomes Whatnot's exact condition wording.
Stream plan to CSV, in run order
Plan your stream, set floors and the order you'll show things, then export. Every row carries your ResellIQ SKU.
Restyle every title in one line
Type "size first, brand in caps" and every title in the list is rewritten to match. Undo if you change your mind.
Slots and real stock together
Numbered slots like this tool, mixed with your real listed stock, checked against Whatnot's UK lists before you download.
How to bulk upload to Whatnot with a CSV
Whatnot's quick add upload takes a CSV with 21 columns: category, subcategory, title, description, quantity, type, price, shipping profile, offerable, hazmat, condition, cost, SKU and up to eight image links. Category, condition and shipping have to match Whatnot's lists word for word, which is where most hand-made files fail.
This tool writes those columns for you, using the values from Whatnot's UK template. Download the file, open Whatnot on a computer (the CSV upload is desktop only), and upload it from your seller tools.
Which Whatnot shipping profile should I use?
UK profiles are weight bands. As a rule of thumb for clothing: leggings 100 to 250g, t-shirts, shirts, polos and shorts 250 to 500g, jumpers, hoodies and trousers 500 to 750g, jeans, jackets and fleeces 750g to 1kg, and coats, puffers and parkas 1 to 2kg. Go up a band for heavy materials like denim, wool or down, and for XXL and bigger outerwear.
Picking the band too low means you cover the difference when you post it. ResellIQ reads the item and picks the band for you, with a note when it had to bump one up.
Why number the titles?
Lots of Whatnot sellers list placeholder slots before a show ("Medium #1" to "Medium #30") and show the actual item live. Numbered titles keep every listing unique and tell you which slot you're on. If you'd rather list the real items, ResellIQ builds proper titles from your stock or from what you say.
Whatnot UK shipping profiles for clothing
Whatnot UK shipping profiles are weight bands, and the CSV needs the band worded exactly as below. The typical items are the ones ResellIQ puts in each band. Go up one band for denim, wool, down, heavyweight, fleece lined, and for XXL and bigger knitwear or outerwear.
| Shipping profile (exact wording) | Typical items |
|---|---|

| 500 to <750 grams | jumper, sweater, hoodie, sweatshirt, quarter zip, half zip, crewneck, cardigan, trousers |
| 750 grams to <1 KGs | jeans, jacket, fleece, gilet, blazer |
| 1 KGs to <2 KGs | coat, puffer, parka, overcoat, trench |
| 2 KGs to <3 KGs | |
| 3 KGs to <5 KGs | |
| 5 KGs to <7 KGs | |
| 7 to <10 KGs |
