Whatnot CSV Export

Turn your stream's run order into Whatnot's UK bulk upload CSV, once every row passes ResellIQ's checks.

How it works

   Open Export Whatnot CSV from your stream

   Set your stream's run order first (that's its own guide), then open the stream and tap Export Whatnot CSV. Every lot comes in, in the same order, priced at its planned start price or floor.

   Check each row

   Each row shows the exact title Whatnot will get, built so you can spot the item on the rail: brand, model or item, colour, key detail, size. Red means Whatnot won't take the row yet. Amber is a nice-to-have, like a missing size or condition, with a link straight to the stock record to fix it.

   Check the parcel sizes

   ResellIQ picks a UK parcel band from what the item is: a tee ships at 250 to 500 grams, a hoodie at 500 to 750, jeans and jackets at 750 grams to 1 kg, coats at 1 to 2 kg. Heavy materials and XXL knitwear or outerwear go up a band. A green dot means matched, amber means bumped, red means guessed. Tap the parcel to change it, and ResellIQ remembers your pick on that stock item.

   Add slots for stock you'll fill in live

   Type something like "30 medium, 20 small" to add numbered rows (Medium 1 to 30, Small 1 to 20) on the matching parcel bands, with a start price, condition and gender you choose.

   Download once every row passes

   Download Whatnot CSV only lights up once every row passes. The file uses Whatnot's own UK template headers, so it uploads as is. Whatnot's CSV upload is desktop only: open Whatnot on a computer and upload the file there. ResellIQ doesn't talk to Whatnot directly.
