What stops a lot from being export ready?

ResellIQ checks six things per lot: a title, a starting price, a category, a condition, a photo, and a weight. Any item missing one shows a red issue badge, tap it to see the exact reason. Title, price, category, condition and photo issues link straight to "Edit item in inventory", weight is set right there on the export page.

Where do I set each lot's weight, and does it actually matter?

On the export page itself, either per lot or in bulk with the default weight field and "Apply to all". It matters because Whatnot uses it to work out the shipping band for that lot, from Letter up to Heavy Parcel, so an inaccurate weight can under or overcharge the buyer on shipping.

What columns actually end up in the CSV?

21 in total: lot number, title, description, starting price, quantity, category, condition, size, colour, material, SKU, up to three image URLs, and weight and dimensions among them. Reserve price is included as a column but always exported blank, ResellIQ doesn't set one for you yet. Tap the column legend on the export page to see the full list and which ones Whatnot requires.

Does ResellIQ upload the CSV to Whatnot for me?

No. ResellIQ only builds and downloads the file, it doesn't talk to Whatnot's platform directly. Once you've downloaded it, open Whatnot's own bulk upload tool and upload the CSV there yourself.

Open CSV export from your stream
Set your stream's run order first (that's its own guide), then open the stream and go to CSV export. ResellIQ pulls in every lot from the run order, in the same sequence, ready to check before you download anything.

See which lots are ready
A status bar at the top shows "N of 3 lots ready" or similar. Each lot gets a green tick if it passes every check, or a red issue badge if something is missing, tap it to expand the exact reason: no title, no price, no category, no condition, no photo, or no weight. Fix item-level issues (title, price, category, condition, photo) via the "Edit item in inventory" link right from the issue.

Set weight for shipping
Every lot needs a weight in grams before it can export, since that's what sets its shipping band. Enter it per lot, or set a default weight once and hit "Apply to all" to fill every lot in one go, then tweak individual lots afterwards if you need to.

Check the column legend if you're curious
Tap the column count row above the lots to see all 21 columns ResellIQ writes into the CSV and which ones Whatnot requires. Worth a look the first time you export, most resellers skip it after that.

Download once every lot is ready
Download CSV only lights up once every lot in the stream passes. Hit it and ResellIQ builds a CSV with your lot order, pricing, category, condition, images and shipping details, then saves it straight to your device. Open Whatnot's own bulk upload tool and upload that file yourself, ResellIQ doesn't talk to Whatnot directly.
