Voice mode

Talk through the haul. Get the Whatnot upload.

Hold up each piece and say what it is: brand, item, colour, size. ResellIQ turns the recording into rows with titles, conditions and UK shipping profiles, then either saves them to your stock or hands you a Whatnot CSV and saves nothing.

Typing is the slow part

Fresh haul, a bin bag of forty pieces, stream tonight. Photographing and typing each one into a listing is the job that eats the afternoon, and for a live show most of that detail is said out loud on camera anyway.

Voice mode lets you say it once, now, and get the rows out of it.

What voice mode does

Say it how you'd say it

'Ralph Lauren quarter zip, navy, large.' Brand, item, colour and size become a title. Say 'undo', 'same again' or 'change price to 8' to fix things as you go.

Two modes: Stock or Temporary

Stock saves every item into your inventory, so it's tracked, priced and ready for any platform. Temporary is for one-off shows: it only ever produces a Whatnot CSV and never writes anything to your stock.

Numbered slots by voice

Say '30 medium, 20 small' and get Medium #1 to #30 and Small #1 to #20, each on the right shipping band.

Shipping and conditions filled in

Each item goes into the UK weight band for what it is, and its condition maps to Whatnot's wording for that category.

A review screen before anything happens

Every row shows its exact title and values. Anything Whatnot would reject is flagged with a reason, so you fix it before the upload rather than after.

Built for a bad signal

If the connection drops mid-haul, the recording is still captured in full and read back at the end.

Voice mode FAQ

What's the difference between Stock and Temporary mode?
Stock mode saves each item to your ResellIQ inventory, so it's tracked and can be listed anywhere later. Temporary mode only produces a Whatnot CSV and never writes to your inventory, which suits stock you're clearing in one show.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, voice mode runs in the browser on your phone. Whatnot only accepts CSV uploads on desktop, so download the file there or move it across.
What should I say for each item?
Brand, item, colour and size is enough, in that order or close to it. You can add condition or a price as you go.
Which plans include voice mode?
Pro and Premium, both with a 7-day free trial.
