Bulk Photo Import
Bulk photo import: turn a pile of photos into listing drafts.
Shoot your whole haul, then upload every photo in one go, straight from your phone or picked from Google Drive. ResellIQ works out which photos belong to which item and writes a full draft for each one: title, brand, size, condition, a price range and descriptions for Vinted and Depop. You review the drafts and import the ones you're happy with. Up to 250 photos per batch.
Why listing a haul takes all evening
Photographing thirty items takes twenty minutes. Turning those photos into listings takes the rest of the night: sorting the camera roll into items, typing brands and sizes, guessing condition grades, pricing each piece, and writing a description that doesn't sound copy-pasted.
Most tools only help one item at a time, so the bottleneck never moves. And if your photos live in Google Drive, or your iPhone saves them as HEIC files half of the web can't open, there's an extra round of downloading, converting and re-uploading before you've started.
Bulk photo import treats the haul as one job. You hand over the photos; ResellIQ does the sorting and the first draft of every listing.
What bulk photo import does
Upload the whole haul at once
Drop up to 250 photos into one batch from a laptop, or up to 120 from a phone. Shoot two to four angles per item, keep each item's photos together, and that's all the preparation it needs.
Import straight from Google Drive
Choose Import from Google Drive and tick the photos you want in Google's own picker. ResellIQ can open only the files you pick, never the rest of your Drive. Our servers fetch them directly from Drive, so your phone isn't downloading and re-uploading every photo over mobile data.
Skips photos you've already drafted
Select a whole run of Drive photos and ResellIQ leaves out any that are already items in your inventory from an earlier import, then tells you how many it skipped. You can add them back with one tap if you really do want them twice.
iPhone HEIC photos just work
iPhones save photos as HEIC by default. ResellIQ converts them automatically, whether they come from your camera roll or from Google Drive. No exporting as JPEG first.
AI groups photos into items
ResellIQ looks across the batch and works out which shots are the same garment, using the gaps in when they were taken to keep each item's angles together. A rail of 120 photos becomes about 30 item drafts.
A full listing draft for every item
Each draft gets a title, brand, category, size, condition, colour, material and style, a low-to-high price range, and separate descriptions written for Vinted and Depop.
Review before anything lands in your stock
Drafts the AI is less sure about are flagged. Fix a field, move a photo to a different item, or untick a draft entirely. Only the drafts you approve are imported, ready to cross-list.
Built to be quick on a phone
Photos are prepared and uploaded in the background while you check the grid, so the batch is mostly uploaded before you even press go. Once analysis starts you can close the page; the batch keeps running and is waiting under Recent imports.

Bulk photo import FAQ
- How many photos can I import at once?
- Up to 250 photos per batch on a laptop or desktop, and up to 120 on a phone, where memory is tighter. For a bigger haul, run it as two batches.
- Can I import photos from Google Drive?
- Yes. Choose Import from Google Drive in bulk import, sign in with Google, and tick the photos you want in Google's file picker. You can shift-click to select a whole run. Photos you've already turned into items are skipped automatically.
- Can ResellIQ see everything in my Google Drive?
- No. ResellIQ asks Google only for access to the files you pick in Google's own picker. It can't list, open or change anything else in your Drive, and it never edits or deletes your files. You can remove access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Does ResellIQ watch a Drive folder and import new photos automatically?
- No. You choose the photos each time in Google's picker. That keeps ResellIQ's access to just the files you pick, and because already-drafted photos are skipped, selecting the whole run of new shots each time is quick.
- Does it work with iPhone HEIC photos?
- Yes. HEIC photos are converted automatically, from your camera roll or from Google Drive, so you don't need to change your iPhone's camera settings or export to JPEG first.
- How many AI scans does a batch use?
- One scan per item ResellIQ finds, not per photo. At roughly 4 photos per item, a 100-photo batch uses about 25 scans. You see the estimate before you start, and Pro includes 250 scans a month.
- Do I have to keep the page open?
- Keep it open while your photos upload; on a phone, switching apps or locking the screen pauses uploads, so ResellIQ keeps the screen awake where your browser allows it. Once the analysis has started you can close the page. The batch keeps running and waits for you under Recent imports.
- What happens to the drafts I import?
- Each approved draft becomes an item in your inventory with its photos, details and descriptions, marked as not yet listed. The purchase cost starts at £0 so you can add what you paid later. From there you can cross-list it to Vinted, Depop or eBay.
