Bulk Photo Import

From a pile of photos to listing drafts

Upload

Up to 250 photos per batch (120 on a phone). iPhone HEIC photos are converted for you.

Or pick from Google Drive

Tick photos in Google's own picker. ResellIQ opens only those files and skips any you've already turned into items.

Grouped and drafted

The AI works out which photos are the same item and writes a draft for each: title, brand, size, condition, price range, Vinted and Depop copy.

Review and import

Fix anything flagged, approve the drafts you want, and they land in your inventory.

How it works

  1. 1

    Shoot the haul

Take two to four photos of each item, one item after another. Keeping each item's photos together matters more than anything else: ResellIQ uses the order and the gaps between shots to work out where one item ends and the next begins.

  2. 2

    Add your photos

Open Bulk Import (under My Stock) and drag photos in, choose them from your camera roll, or select Import from Google Drive. You can add up to 250 photos per batch on a computer and 120 on a phone. iPhone HEIC photos are converted automatically, and each photo starts uploading as soon as you add it.

  3. 3

Or pick them from Google Drive

Select Import from Google Drive, sign in with Google, and tick the photos in Google's own picker. Shift-click selects a whole run. Any photos you've already turned into items are skipped, and ResellIQ tells you how many; select Add them anyway if you want them again. Our servers fetch the photos straight from Drive, so your phone doesn't download and re-upload them.

  4. 4

    Generate the drafts

Check the batch, then select Generate review drafts. You'll see roughly how many AI scans it will use first: one per item found, about one for every four photos. Keep the page open until uploading finishes; after that you can close it and the batch keeps running under Recent imports.

  5. 5

    Review and import

Each draft shows its photos plus a title, brand, size, condition, price range and Vinted and Depop descriptions. Drafts the AI is unsure about are flagged. Edit anything, move a photo to a different item, untick drafts you don't want, then import. Items arrive in your inventory with a purchase cost of £0 for you to fill in, ready to cross-list.

Frequently asked

No. It asks Google only for access to the files you pick in Google's picker, so it can't list, open or change anything else, and it never edits or deletes your files. You can remove its access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
