How many label conversions do I get per month, and what counts as one?

Pro includes 200 a month, and Premium is unlimited. One convert action counts as one conversion, whether that's a single file or a full batch of files, so dropping 5 labels together still only uses 1. Retrying a file, or confirming a manual crop, submits a new convert action, so that counts again too.

What happens if auto-detect cannot find the label, or gets it wrong?

If ResellIQ cannot read a file at all, or detection is temporarily unavailable, that file shows a retry option next to "Crop manually", which opens a page preview so you can draw the crop box yourself instead of waiting for auto-detect to come back. Even a label that did convert can be re-cropped from "Not quite right? Crop it yourself" if the automatic crop looks off, and a low-confidence result is flagged "Converted — check before printing" so you know to check it first.

Does the Label Converter actually print the label for me?

No. It converts your document into a clean, print-ready 4x6 PDF and gives you "Print" and "Download" buttons. Print opens the PDF in a new tab so your browser's own PDF viewer handles the printing, which is the most reliable way to print across different browsers.

Can I convert several shipping labels at once?

Yes. Drop or select more than one file and ResellIQ converts each one and merges every successful label into a single combined 4x6 PDF, with a per-file status list so you can retry or remove any file that did not convert without restarting the whole batch.

Open "Label Converter" from the sidebar (/labels) and drop a PDF, PNG or JPG onto the dropzone, or click it to browse. ResellIQ reads labels from Evri, Royal Mail, Yodel, DPD, InPost, Vinted, Depop, eBay and Amazon, up to 20 files in one batch, 20MB each.

ResellIQ finds and crops the label automatically
Each file is checked against your monthly conversion limit, then converted. A single file shows "Converting your label...", and a batch shows a "Converting..." status on each file while the rest of the run finishes alongside it.

Print or download your 4x6
"Your 4x6 is ready" appears with a live preview once conversion finishes, along with "Print" and "Download" buttons. Print opens the PDF in a new tab so your browser's own PDF viewer handles the actual printing. Drop more than one file and every successful label merges into a single combined PDF instead of one file per label.

Crop it yourself if auto-detect misses
If auto-detect can't read a file, or gets it wrong, tap "Crop manually" (or "Not quite right? Crop it yourself" on a result that already converted). Drag a box over the real label on the page preview, resize it with the corner handles, rotate in 90 degree steps, then hit "Use this crop" to reconvert just that file without touching auto-detect again.

Fix or retry anything that did not work
A low-confidence crop is flagged "Converted — check before printing" so you know to give it a look before you print. A file with no label found, an unreadable format, or a failed request shows "Retry" and "Crop manually" side by side, and any file in a batch can be retried or removed on its own without restarting the whole run.
